If a customer does not successfully pass their respective BCSP certification exam, they may be eligible for one (1) additional access period of up to six (6) months at no additional charge. 

 

To qualify for the Free Learning Extension, a certificate of completion must be achieved to ensure that all course modules, challenge questions, and the pre-test have been completed. The post-test must be passed with a score of 80% or higher. 

 

To request the Free Learning Extension, upload your unsuccessful/failed exam result to your examCORE user profile. The failed exam result and Free Learning Extension request must be submitted within three (3) months of the end of your examCORE Online access (either the original time period or a purchased extension) to qualify. Upon verification, you will be granted additional examCORE Online access of up to six (6) months at the end of the current access period or on the date approved if within the three (3) months after the access period has expired. 

 

Please keep in mind that access may not exceed a total of 12 months. If an extension has already been purchased, the Free Learning Extension may be reduced to three (3) months. If both paid extensions have been purchased, the Free Learning Extension may not be applied to the account as that would extend past the maximum access period.
