If an examCORE customer does not successfully complete their respective BCSP certification exam, they may be eligible for a one-time up to (6) months access period at no additional charge.

To qualify for the guarantee, a certificate of completion must be achieved to ensure that all course modules, challenge questions, and the pre-test have been completed and the post-test has been passed with a score of 80% or higher.

To request the guarantee, upload your unsuccessful/failed exam result to your examCORE user profile. The failed exam result and guarantee request must be submitted within three months of the end of examCORE access (either the original time period or a purchased extension) to qualify for the examCORE guarantee. Upon verification, you will be granted an additional examCORE access of up to six (6) months at the end of the current access period.

Please keep in mind that examCORE access may not exceed a total of 12 months. If an extension has already been purchased, the guarantee may be reduced to three (3) months. If both extensions have been purchased, the guarantee may not be applied to the account as that would extend past the maximum access period.

ASP + CSP Connect access cannot exceed a total of 12 months. The ASP + CSP Connect is eligible for either one (1) extension or a three (3) month guarantee.
